S'more Chocolate Chip Cookies (Whole Wheat)

Did I say S'MORE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES? Yes, I did.  They are so easy to make and SO GOOD and GOOEY when they come out the oven, I first saw this recipe on Couponing & Cooking but I tweaked it a little to make it a little more healthy.  Eating this cookie makes you feel like you are outside around a campfire melting marshmallows to make your s'more.

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
graham crackers

Cream brown sugar and butter together.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in, DON'T BEAT the rest of the ingredients except the graham crackers.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, and line your graham crackers up, scoop the s'more mixture onto the graham cracker
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, they might not look done, but they are, let cool on wire rack.

~You can also freeze the dough for later~

ENJOY!
