Since I made Deep Chocolate Healthy Cupcakes with Nutella Buttercream Frosting, I have been a little obsessed with Nutella, I want to make a couple more treats with it. So today I made an easy Nutella Cookie, any one can make these, and you probably have all the ingredients on hand. These are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
½ cup light brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend all ingredients together. Form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
